The Citizens Budget Commission of New York has published Getting Greener: Cost-Effective Options for Achieving New York State's Greenhouse Gas Goals.  This report, prepared by Seth Hulkower President of Strategic Energy Advisory Services, provides a broad analysis of energy policy being pursued by New York State.  The report offers pointed recommendations on approaches to reach New York's energy objectives cost effectively.
